POSTAGE

All postage is calculated on weight.

Postage will be calculated and will be shown in your shopping basket.

Free delivery to one UK mainland address on orders over £50.00.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using credit or debit card.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

DELIVERY

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Second Class service can take 3-5 working days.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched with the next available service.

Any damages must be reported to Made For You Devon within 3 working days of receipt.

DELAYED/LOST ORDERS

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders.

We are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Made For You Devon is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery.

Made For You Devon shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to the loss of goods, severe weather or strikes.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES / BUSINESS ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete.

If you have selected to have items sent to a business address, please ensure that you have permission from the addressee.

If your address is incorrect or incomplete, or you do not have permission for a parcel to be accepted on your behalf, your package maybe returned to Made For You Devon. In this case an extra delivery charge will be incurred to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases from Made For You Devon. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges for any unopened items.

REFUNDS

Simply return your unopened purchases in their original packaging, and in good condition, within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods once they have been received by us.

The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser, and we take no responsibility for any loss or damage during transit when being returned to Made For You Devon.

EXCHANGES

Simply return your unopened purchases to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then despatch replacement goods immediately. A re-delivery charge will apply.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot exchange any goods that have been opened.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel an order by emailing madeforyoudevon@gmail.com quoting your order number.

If you have already received a confirmation email for your order, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us by following our refund instructions.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Please be aware that product colour and texture variations can occur occasionally. This is part of the handmade manufacturing process and nature of the ingredients.
